The return of our Evening Hour Cookies was mentioned here the other day, specifically, the officially contrived
[but all's fair] tale of their history that we pitched to customers. A few years back when these cookies first came to be, Katie Braden was the Store Manager of City Bakery, and no one gave the tale of the Evening Hour Cookies a better telling than Katie. Here, in a generous turn, she reprises the shpiel once again [and thank you, Katie!].
