I'm not buying Clara as a baker. I tried, I can't. Can't put my finger on exactly why, but she's no baker. And I wish this place had an internal staircase. Maybe if Clara didn't have to schlep bags of flour up to the sidewalk [and then back inside to the kitchen?!] her back would feel much, much better.
